4 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Sept 18)

3. The Dirt Sheet

Oh brother.

It's getting tedious as hell to repeatedly call out The Miz and John Morrison for their lame dad jokes and sophomoric humour. This writer wants to enjoy them as a tag-team, but they make it so challenging every Friday night. SmackDown's opening 'Dirt Sheet' skit was as painful as they come.

It's actually tragic just how unfunny Miz and Morrison have been since reuniting earlier this year. They should be smashing it as SmackDown Tag Champs by now - instead, they're sucking the life from programming as soon as it starts and working some of the worst feuds in living memory.

All this 'Dirt Sheet' had to offer was Miz getting stripped down to his tighty whities. That's legit it. WWE thought that'd be enough to get pass marks, but it was more like a skid mark on the show's format sheet. Stop the pain. Please.
