4 Ups & 8 Downs From AEW All Out 2020

Ups...

4. New Tag-Team Champs

FTR are arguably the best pure tag-team in pro wrestling today. They've got straightforward, old-school presentation, a manager with pedigree, stuff their matches full of logical moments and are no longer held down by WWE's incessant need to book them in comedy spots.

Now, they're also AEW Tag-Team Champions, and that rocks.

The division should be strong now these guys are spearheading it. They're a proper unit, a real throwback and capable of bringing the best out of everybody they work with. Ideally, they're going to top the 228-day reign enjoyed by Kenny Omega and Hangman Page. A good year would do nicely.

All Out's tag match was perhaps a little lengthy for some, but that's what you get with the likes of Harwood and Wheeler. Plus, it was an Omega match, so it was always going to run for around 30 minutes. Thankfully, it didn't outstay its welcome and had the right result.
