Charlotte Flair turning heel on her Hall-of-Fame father and making him cry? Haven’t we seen this before?

Yes, yes we have. But that’s never stopped the writers before, and it didn’t stop them again from presumably going the same route Monday night, as Ric Flair botched interference that cost Charlotte and Asuka their tag match. Now, while the Queen had every right to be pissed off, her getting in his face and screaming at him to “stay out of my business” and “get out” was a bit much.

It also was similar to four-plus years ago, when a heel Charlotte turned on her father, who had been helping her in her matches. This time, her dad showed up once, screwed up and the babyface Queen snapped.

Sure, this could be a one-off thing, but did we need her showing heel tendencies in the same way she did a few years ago, turning on her father?
