4 Ups And Downs From WWE Survivor Series 2014

UPS...

4. Pulling The Trigger

Miz Titles It€™s rare that we can say that WWE was right on time with something, but they made a smart decision Sunday in putting the Tag Team Championships around the waists of Miz and Damien Mizdow. The stunt double is one of the most entertaining parts of Raw right now, with fans laughing out loud at Damien flopping around, mimicking the Miz€™s every action. As funny as it is, the gimmick has a shelf life. At some point in the not-too-distant future, fans are going to tire of the copycatting and outright boo it, so if WWE was going to cash in, Sunday was the right time. And they did. The Dust Brothers weren€™t doing too much with the titles, and they can win them back in a month or two when Mizdow finally stands up for himself against Miz and costs them the tag titles. At least, that€™s what the fairly obvious development is. The fans clearly love Damien and despise Miz, which will probably lead to Miz taking out his frustrations on his stunt double, inevitably setting up a turn. But good for Mizdow €“ and WWE €“ on getting a push of sorts at the right time.
