5 Best Opponents For Sting's Retirement Match At WWE WrestleMania 32

4. Bray Wyatt

The new Face of Fear was a planned opponent for The Stinger at one point, possible even for WrestleMania. Originally, Sting was going to be a part of SummerSlam this year in a six-man tag team match along with Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose taking on The Wyatts. After Erick Rowan€™s injury the plans were scrapped and Sting was taken out of the spot and off the show.

With Wyatt now embroiled in a feud with The Brothers of Destruction which might take him through to the new year, what better way to spend Mania season than with the Face of Fear trying to obliterate The Icon? When Sting was at his best, the character relied on a lot of theatrics from crows to fake Stings to lurking in the rafters. This could all be used in a psychological feud with Bray and fans would buy into the rivalry. The lantern meets the baseball bat.

If these two dark cult characters were to come together, Sting would need some back up to help him with the Wyatt family. WWE could either use some younger guys to give them the rub or bring in a few legends from Sting€™s past to even up the odds. Imagine Mick Foley and Luke Harper trading blows on the outside at WrestleMania.

You know it makes sense!
