5 Biggest Winners & Losers Of The WWE Draft So Far

6. Loser: Sami Zayn

On draft night, things looked like they were on the up for Sami Zayn. He was drafted 11th overall, higher than most predicted him to be, and the Underdog from the Underground followed this up with a huge win over eternal rival Kevin Owens at Battleground. A showcase loss on RAW to Seth Rollins followed, and there's no shame in that.

Even so, as we head into SummerSlam this weekend Zayn has a grand total of absolutely nothing going on. No singles match, no throwaway tag team match, nothing. With 11 matches announced for the card it is extremely unlikely that Zayn will get something tacked on at this stage, meaning the second biggest show on the WWE calendar will happen without the (kayfabe) 11th best individual in the company.

All of this makes Sami Zayn the highest ranked draft pick missing from the SummerSlam card. Bray Wyatt is next on that list, but at least the Eater of Worlds has had a showcase role on SmackDown Live over the last few weeks. Zayn has had next to nothing.

Here's hoping his name was just on the beginning of a thrown-away sheet of paper, and this problem is rectified post-SummerSlam.
