5 Biggest Winners & Losers From WWE Clash Of Champions 2016

5. Loser: Seth Rollins

Poor old Seth Rollins. Clash of Champions ended in the worst possible way for him - with the Universal Title in Kevin Owens' grasp, and his relationship with Stephanie McMahon in tatters - but he's saved from a higher spot on the "Losers" list by others' misfortune.

Make no mistake, though: The Architect had a terrible night. Though he produced a gutsy performance in Clash's main event, Kevin Owens dealt significant damage to his knee and back, and he was fighting from beneath throughout. He can pin the loss on Chris Jericho's interference (and Stephanie's involvement later-on), but he still lost a match he desperately wanted to win, and his title aspirations are now a glimmer on the horizon.

It's tough to predict Rollins' next move. He has plenty of ammunition against those who conspired against him at Clash of Champions, but after failing in two successive Universal Title matches, he has very little leverage. With Triple H still lurking around backstage, Seth finds himself in a very sticky situation, and one that'll be tough to escape.

Rollins gets full credit for helping to produce an exciting match prior to the interference, but Lady Luck wasn't favouring him last night.
