How did Nia Jax go from consistently being on everyone's "worst" list and effectively being celebrated when she was released, to having as great of a year as she's had in 2024?! It's wild the transition that's happened, but she's strangely picked herself up and improved in ways that it feels earned that she's been so successful this year.

Nia's two major accomplishments in 2024 were winning the Queen of the Ring tournament back in May—which could have easily gone to plenty others, like runner-up Lyra Valkyria, and no one would have batted an eye—and not dropping the ball with that crown for long enough that when it came time to have Bayley drop the WWE Women's Championship, Jax was the most logical next in line.

Since then, Jax has held that title with a level of poise she didn't have in her last run back in 2018. She's also already doubled her time as champion, only lasting 70 days originally before dropping it back to Alexa Bliss, but now sitting at nearly 140 days as the top woman on SmackDown.

Her in-ring work has improved, her promos are the best they've ever been, and she's been able to silence a lot of haters while holding gold. What a great year for Nia Jax!
