Despite never really having made it to the top echelon of MMA (in part because he started at it so late, as did Lesnar), this is the fight that would make Bellator the most money were they to sign Brock Lesnar. It's simple: Pro wrestler vs. Pro wrestler. Monster vs. Monster. College wrestler vs. College wrestler. WWE champion vs. TNA champion. The press would be all over it. The casual fans would tune in. Sure, it could very well be a boring match: either straight wrestling, or two guys with wrestling so good that they put on a sloppy striking clinic. But who cares? You know you'd watch it. Bellator knows too. This might not be the first fight they'd book Lesnar in - they might try to build to it - but it would definitely draw eyeballs.
