5 Most Dangerous Moms In UFC History

2. "Alpha" Cat Zingano

Winona, Minnesota's Cat Zingano began wrestling at age 12 and is a former ADCC Submission World Champion. The 37-year-old became one of the UFC's early female stars when she upset Miesha Tate back in April of 2013.

While Zingano is arguably best known for her 14-second submission loss to Ronda Rousey, the "Alpha Cat" has some very impressive wins on her MMA résumé. In fact, the standout grappler was the last woman to defeat reigning UFC double champ, Amanda Nunes.

Outside the world of MMA, the former title challenger spends time raising her son Brayden, who is roughly 13 years of age.

Despite the fact that she was recently released from the UFC, Cat Zingano has already made plenty of history. She is the first mother to fight for the UFC and to compete for a major world championship.

This talented wrestler has helped blaze the trail for the next generation of mom fighters.
