5 Must-See Fights To Make After UFC 245

3. Amanda Nunes Vs. Irene Aldana

After successfully defending her UFC women's bantamweight title against Germaine de Randamie, it does seem as if Amanda Nunes has cleared out her division. However, there are still fighters in her weight class vying for a future title shot, and after her brutal knockout win over Ketlen Vieira at UFC 245, is there anyone more deserving than Irene Aldana?

The 31-year old has slowly but surely improved her game and looked excellent against the highly-touted Brazilian. Other than the fact that she obliterated Vieira with a left hook, the most impressive part about Aldana's game was her footwork and willingness to stay in the pocket and exchange. She certainly got caught a few times, but was also able to avoid the vast majority of strikes thrown too.

She'd be smart to not trade strikes with Nunes too regularly if they do fight, as that's a guaranteed way of getting a concussion. However, she should also have every reason to believe in her power and her ability to compete against Nunes following this victory.
