Ideal match: vs. The Good Brothers

A Guerrillas of Destiny vs. Good Brothers is going to happen at some point.

It seemed inevitable from the moment the latter was released from WWE in April 2020. When they headed to IMPACT Wrestling that July, there was still this feeling of, "Don't worry, the match is still going to happen". The two teams' confrontation during New Japan's Resurgence show in August teased the sh*t out of the match, though anything is yet to be officially confirmed.

AEW is going to be the place to pull the trigger on the match, though. The condescending promo exchanges between Don Callis and Tama Tonga all but confirmed this, with the former multi-time IWGP Tag Team Champion going so far as to deem AEW a "midcard company". That he stated this in reference to a press conference that involved Callis, Kenny Omega, and the Good Brothers is a key detail. Tonga failed to mention Gallows and Anderson once in his promo, which may be nothing, but is the sort of detail AEW would throw in months before beginning a programme.

This would need to be built for a larger stage, but the match will go down sooner rather than later. It's going to be a hoot, regardless of the wait length.
