5 Potential Ironmen For WWE Royal Rumble 2021

4. Jey Uso

Uso, in the words of his cousin, has had the best year of his career. Main event after main event, barn-burner after barn-burner - so says Roman Reigns. However, Jey hasn't come out on top much since he earned the right to face Reigns for the Universal title. It's a step too far (and too soon) to have him win the Royal Rumble, but having him go deep into the match offers some interesting angles going forwards.

A strong run in the Rumble - potentially with brother Jimmy looking out for him on the outside - would accomplish a lot in one night. We could see the seeds planted for Jimmy's return and alliance with his family, or we see Reigns watching on backstage, getting more concerned the closer Uso gets to the finish line or outraged that his underling has entered in the first place.

Jey should be the one to eliminate Kevin Owens as he can get some heat back from being beaten down by KO while Reigns hides behind his cousin. Uso could then break off into a feud of his own, with his Tribal Chief making him settle the score with whoever tossed him out of the match.
