5 Potential Ironmen For WWE Royal Rumble 2021
3. Kevin Owens
The working-class hero is an automatic thought on any best-of list, but KO needs a strong showing in the 2021 Royal Rumble. Owens has come up short twice now against Roman Reigns - in fantastically screwy finishes, granted - but let's give the Reigns/Owens feud some breathing room to build Mr. Owens up a little before he returns for revenge.
Reigns and Heyman could pull some Chiefly shenanigans that see Owens enter first or second, stacking the deck before KO pulls off a miracle, making it to the final stages before being ousted by The Usos using some double-team tomfoolery. If he's been in there for a considerable stint this won't hurt him too badly, and Owens will have one more chance to make it to 'Mania via the Elimination Chamber.
Yes, this should finally be the year of KO, winning a Number One Contender Chamber match, and going on to beat Reigns for the title at WrestleMania. This way, WWE can keep Reigns and Owens at arm's length so they can both get up a head of steam, making their 'Mania encounter feel as big as Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre at Survivor Series
