5 Reasons Dean Ambrose Is The Next Stone Cold Steve Austin

2. He Needs To Get That Memorable And Meaningful Victory

Dean Ambrose has several meaningful victories as a member of The Shield, but on his own, he€™s done a lot of losing. It€™s interesting right now because he seems more concerned with settling vendettas and kicking ass as opposed to actually winning matches, which works fine for now. Eventually however, Dean Ambrose is going to have to start stringing together some big victories to be viewed by people as a serious high level superstar. Right now his following is a cult one, but wins will garner him that mass appeal. This might go hand in hand with the iconic promo, because on the night that Austin delivered €œAustin 3:16€, he also won the King of the Ring, which at the time was considered a major accomplishment. Stone Cold parlayed that tournament victory into a spot in the big time and a yearlong feud rivalry with Bret Hart, during which he won the Royal Rumble. Winning the King of the Ring and Royal Rumble are two massive victories, and that€™s something that Dean needs to acquire to reach the next level. Maybe a victory over Seth Rollins will do it or maybe he needs a big victory over Randy Orton? Who knows what his memorable win will be, just know that he needs to get it.
