He has the potential to be that great, and the tools to thrive in that spot, but he needs to do a few things before he becomes that level of superstar. One of those things is cutting an iconic promo. The Rock has several of them throughout his career, Paul Heyman cuts one nearly every week, and Stone Cold Steve Austin definitely delivered an iconic promo the night he dropped Austin 3:16 on the world. Dean Ambrose cuts a promo better than almost anyone in the company right now. His delivery is a cool hybrid of Roddy Piper and Brian Pillman. He has confidence when he speaks and rarely if ever flubs his lines or sounds too rehearsed or scripted. While it is plain to see that he brings the goods with the quality of his promos, he has yet to deliver the promo that we all remember and propels him into absolute superstardom. Its not a knock on the guy, he is an amazing talker, but do you really remember any specific WWE promo hes cut? Probably not. You just know that hes really good at them. He needs to cut that special promo, that Austin 3:16 promo, to reach Stone Cold levels of success.
