5 Reasons Why Last Night's WWE Raw Was The Best Of 2019
4. The O.C. On Top
Ever since Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson lost the Raw Tag Team Championships to the returning Hardy Boyz in April 2017, they've never been the same. Thankfully, their WWE careers were saved when AJ Styles came back into their lives, and The O.C. was born (technically reunited, just under a different name).
Now, just over two years since they last held the titles, Gallows and Anderson can once again call themselves the Raw Tag Team Champions after they defeated The Usos and defending champions The Revival in one hell of a contest on last night's show. The match allowed all three teams to be showcased as well as they can in a Raw tag team match, and culminated with what is unquestionably the right decision for the time being.
While it is slightly disappointing to see Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder drop the straps after what was another 'meh' reign, The O.C. need this more than anyone else right now. Until 'The Phenomenal One' rejoined them, Gallows and Anderson were simply another two guys on the roster who'll likely be used to fill the numbers.
Now, they're on top of the doubles division on Monday nights.
