5 Things We Learned From Triple H's WWE NXT: Takeover London Conference Call

3. More NXT International Tours In 2016?

At the beginning of the call, Triple H decided to become a big tease, and told the media that they have some more big announcements coming about the NXT brand and touring that they€™ll unveil at the beginning of the new year. The former Evolution star talked about the success of the Brooklyn Takeover show and with Wembley Arena in London selling out with 10,000 people next Wednesday and that he sees continued growth for the NXT brand. While he wouldn€™t go into detail, it seems likely that NXT will perhaps promote events in other markets. It would be relatively cost effective for NXT to tour Canada who have big wrestling scenes in the big cities that are screaming out for more live WWE events. The Game talked about how for many of the NXT roster this is their first time wrestling outside of the United States and how the experience of working in front of these different crowds will benefit them. With this hugely successful tour, it seems like only a matter of time before other international markets are explored for some NXT live events and specials.
