5 Things We Learned From WWE Chronicle: Becky Lynch

2. She's Feeling Fitter Than Ever

Early in the documentary, a graphic pops up on screen noting that Becky was shelved after suffering a concussion and a "broken face" at the ham-fists of Nia Jax. There are no tongues planted in cheeks here; it's to be taken entirely in earnest, comedy medical phrase and all. It's patently ridiculously, and unintentionally hilarious.

During a call with Ariel Helwani, Becky invokes one of the best Irish idioms, chirpily telling him that "the crack is '90." In other words, despite her, erm, "broken face", she's feeling fit as a fiddle. That's thanks to her intense comeback regime, which although as medically shaky as WWE's diagnosis, saw her triple her workload to make up for lost time.

Becky also reveals she failed PE, which is scarcely believable from watching her training VT - though she admits it was because she had a funny way of running, so simply stood in the corner out of embarrassment.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
