9. Want: Bianca Belair At The Top Of The Card

With the obvious exception of Ronda Rousey, no one in the women’s Rumble gained a better reception than Bianca Belair. The EST of WWE had a banner year in 2021, and while her momentum was slightly dampened by the panicked decision to thrust the belt straight back on Becky Lynch, fan reactions have demonstrated that she’s genuinely over.

This isn’t complicated: the company needs to ensure that Bianca Belair remains right at the top of the women’s division. She deserved a better end to her title run than a sub-30 second defeat, but there’s no use crying about it; thrust her back into the picture and give her another reign ASAP.

To continue on from the previous entry, Belair vs. Rousey and Belair vs. Flair are two matches that feel not only fresh but exciting. Bianca’s incredible power makes her a feasible match for the former UFC champ, and in matching with Charlotte you’ve got two of the company’s most natural faces and heels respectively.

There’s no reason yet to imagine WWE will mishandle Belair, but given the company’s form, it’s hard not to be on edge.
