1. Big Show Pulls Down The Titantron
From the brutal to the spectacular.
While the entries on this list have all had differences, none of them are as distinct as this one. This wasn’t a match or a brawl that got out of hand, it was just a large man pulling down a gigantic screen.
In early 1999, the Corporation had a hold of Stone Cold Steve Austin's personalised Smoking Skull Belt. To taunt him, Shane McMahon put a picture of the title on the titantron.
Stone Cold decided to retaliate by instructing The Big Show to pull the whole thing down. With the help of some clever mechanical trickery, Show dragged down the enormous screen, then Austin added further damage by tearing through it.
It is an awe-inspiring sight to see the giant titantron get pulled all the way to the floor, completely covering the entrance way in the process.
The entire moment is ridiculously over the top, but is done just well enough to make fans suspend their disbelief, which is what pro wrestling is all about.
