5 Ups & 10 Downs From WWE WrestleMania Raw (March 28)

3. The All Mighty Takes Omos Off His Feet

After weeks of Omos bragging about how he’s dominating the Raw roster, the Colossus finally got some serious opposition Monday night.

Bobby Lashley returned for the first time in a month and had his first physical action in two months, standing toe-to-toe with Omos and then shoulder-blocking him repeatedly until a third one finally took the giant off his feet. The entire ordeal got a huge reaction from fans, and the announcers really sold the fact that the undefeated Omos hadn’t been knocked down during his entire career.

The two men then pointed at the WrestleMania sign – for once, a good use of that trope – and set the match. It really will be a shame if Lashley returns seemingly as a face and then loses to Omos like this, but we’ll find out in a few days.
