5 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Rampage (April 15)

4. A Decent Showing

Ruby Soho Robyn Renegade
AEW

This writer would like to see a bit more of Robyn Renegade.

In fact, the Renegade Twins in general could use a bit more spotlight on shows like Rampage. Robyn's performance opposite Ruby Soho should've turned a head or two behind the scenes - Renegade looked like she belonged in there against one of the top female stars.

OK, so the "twin magic" switch with sister Charlotte was ultimately pointless, but it at least gave this match an interesting twist to set it apart from the other Owen Hart tourney qualifiers. That's another plus, because this could easily have been some three-minute squash, or something similar.

Seeing Robyn exude so much confidence in front of a switched-on AEW crowd (which isn't something one could always say about folks in attendance for lower-tier programming like Dark) was awesome. Hopefully, this leads to another chance to impress soon.
