5 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Rampage (Feb 4)

Ups...

5. “I’m Green Like Money”

Ooft - this was a nice line.

Jade Cargill stared right down the camera lens and fired back at her critics for suggesting that she's too green to hold gold in AEW. "I'm green, right? Green like money", she said. That snappy retort was bitchy as f*ck, but in a good way. The TBS Champ just exudes confidence.

Special shout out to 'Smart' Mark Sterling too. His name itself is a rib on those who think they know everything about the industry (this writer isn't throwing stones - we're all guilty of it!), and he's a nice mouthpiece for Cargill when she needs somebody to bounce off of.

Sterling deserves applause for knowing when to hold back and let his wrestler do some talking. It's not like Jade is rotten on the mic anyway. This pairing is one of the best that All Elite has to offer. They proved that by showing more character in 60 seconds than most could in 15 minutes.
