5 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Rampage (July 14)

Ups...

5. Perfectly Fine Setup

QTV has taken a lot of flak, but the addition of Harley Cameron and Johnny TV has taken things up a notch. The group isn't exactly The Bloodline or The Elite, but it's a million times better off with Harley and the ex-John Morrison. This week's Rampage proved that yet again.

Here, the gang referenced potential problems with Powerhouse Hobbs (get him out of there pronto), then Johnny appeared to setup a trios match for next week's episode. It was all so simple, but rather effective. Also, having some sort of build for next week's Rampage is something AEW must do more often.

That's the way to go.

Johnny TV's promo style is fairly unique compared to most wrestlers as well. He emerged from a pool soaking wet, dried off with impossible quickness, then announced the tag for next time. Short, to the point, and quirky. No arguments with that!
