5 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Rampage (July 14)

1. Move On From This Gimmick, Please!

The Dark Order
AEW

The Dark Order has been a proper struggle for years now, but it's still trundling on like some relic from AEW's past. OK, so it's nice that Tony Khan wants to keep the thing around as a tribute to Brodie Lee (if that's even what's happening), but...it's time to do something else.

Order's promo on Rampage was decent-enough, and yet they're just so painfully uninteresting as a collective. What is their purpose? They're not the spooky group of old, and even John Silver admitted they keep getting hoodwinked by so-called friends.

Now, AEW plans to hit the reset button. Greeeeeeeeeat.

Just move on, please. It's torture to watch an act with zero value keep bouncing from one useless scenario to the next in 2023. Silver and Alex Reynolds could be a solid addition to the tag-team ranks if they were allowed to cut free of Evil Uno and this DO bullsh*t.
