Behold the face of a man who's running scared.

Chris Jericho was ambushed at the AEW commentary desk on this week's episode of Rampage - Eddie Kingston's attack was part of a last-minute bid to sell the coming week's Forbidden Door and Blood & Guts specials as must-see. Did it work? Well, kind of, although the skit did expose the pay-per-view's biggest flaw.

Elsewhere, Andrade El Idolo and Rey Fenix put on one of the best matches in All Elite history. Seriously, go out of your way to see this opener even if you don't typically watch Rampage. Then, enjoy the sight of El Idolo getting some backup and the tease of a sexy, sexy tag-team feud that's surely incoming.

Rampage's 'Downs' came from a squash the program didn't need, and some poor (borderline WCW-esque) production which threatened to spoil that aforementioned killer opening match. Never fear though, because Andrade vs. Fenix and this week's main event rode to the rescue.

Even Hook got to show off a different side to his game, which doesn't normally happen. Here are all the good and bad points from the final stop before Sunday's joint effort with New Japan...
