5 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Feb 6)

The Usos cut one of their call-and-response promos towards the end of SmackDown's first hour, and guess what? It was great.

A massive shock, we know, but while praising these guys has almost become cliché on this page, they deserve it. Jimmy and Jey are money. Their unique diatribes, coupled with their superlative ring work, makes them one of the most exciting acts in the company.

They showed up after the Bludgeon Brothers' obligatory squash victory. After crossing paths with Harper and Rowan, The Usos expanded on last week's comments about having the tag division "locked down," and fortunately, there were no goofy prison cell animations this time. All they really did was put themselves over, but their delivery was as exceptional as ever.

That this segment didn't push the Bludgeon Brothers program forward is the main reason it can't finish higher. Just like last week, all the two teams did was pass each other by, exchanging menacing looks. Given their mutual chemistry, it'd be great to see their feud kick in pronto. They've had outstanding matches in the past, and if they're given a sufficient platform, we've no doubt they'll do so again.
