2. This Was Certainly A Choice

Firstly, it's important to say nobody should get p*ssy about Tiffany Stratton losing a match, because everybody has to lose matches eventually. No, the bitch here isn't about Stratton staring at the lights, but more about Naomi suddenly being thrust into the Women's Title scene again despite being a bit part player since her return.

Huh?

WWE has lined Bayley vs. Naomi up for next week, and there's every chance Tiff interferes to set up something more impactful for Backlash, but something felt off about the whole situation on Friday. Bayley reverting to her huggable ways seems sudden and forced, and it's obvious to everyone who watches weekly that there's no meat on the bone with babyface challenger Naomi.

Her match vs. Stratton was weirdly low on energy and excitement too. Meanwhile, Bayley patrolled ringside and acted as a cheerleader for her pal. Eek. Creative should be careful with all of this. Playing the sickeningly sweet baby was why Bayley got booed and turned heel in the first place.
