4. LA Knight Marches On

That was an interesting opening three-way.

LA Knight has momentum after beating AJ Styles in Philly, and both Santos Escobar and Bobby Lashley acted as credible backup for the winner. It also looks like Legado del Fantasma now have issues with both the LWO and The Pride, which is a nice spin off story for matches like this.

Detroit was hot for LA though. Keeping him in the conversation for World Title shots is a sure sign of Knight's standing on the pecking order backstage, but you've gotta believe Triple H views LA as somebody who can challenge Logan Paul for the United States belt over the next few months instead.

There was a nice zip to this match that shouldn't be taken for granted. Santos played the desperate heel, Lashley the big menacing powerhouse, and Knight bridged the gap between them by being babyface glue holding everything together. He can do no wrong these days.
