5 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE SmackDown (May 5)

Downs...

3. 4 From Raw And 4 From…SmackDown?!

WWE World Heavyweight Championship

Michael Cole made a huge deal out of the World Heavyweight Title tournament including an equal share of wrestlers from both top brands. Erm...doesn't that crap on the whole point of this being Raw's very own World Title?! WWE are making a lot of noise about Roman Reigns and his belts being SmackDown-exclusive, so this is coming across rather odd.

Fans already know a SmackDown guy isn't winning this thing, so why the bluff?

Of course, there could be more post-Draft moving and shaking to come, but that'll aim another bullet at the concept's credibility. If someone on SmackDown wins then moves to Raw by default, the company will make their own Draft look useless. Some consistency isn't much to ask.

Straight up: Raw should dominate this tourney. In fact, there shouldn't be anyone from the blue side involved. They already have two World Titles to fight for as it is, and definitely don't need to be bleeding over onto the red side.
