It's hardly news to anyone who watches SmackDown routinely that Sami Zayn and Jey Uso have been smashing it. These guys play off one another so, so well, and they added new layers to the best slow-burn story in pro wrestling on Friday's episode.

This week, Zayn stopped Jey from continuing his assault on Sheamus. Then, backstage, they seemed to get along a little better here and there because Uso's blood lust had been temporarily satisfied and Sami was part of it. There's still some tasty tension bubbling just beneath the surface though.

By the end of the night, Zayn was trying to help Jey escape more punches from a fired-up Logan Paul. He'd also reminded his Bloodline "Uce" that Roman Reigns warned the troops not to injure LP. That didn't sit well with Jey.

This topsy turvy rollercoaster ride rolls on, and it's majestic.
