5 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Oct 27 - Results & Review)

1. Speaking Of Directionless!

Shotzi Chelsea Green

Previously, Shotzi was in a well-received mini-feud with Bayley that facilitated a change of look for the babyface and let her tell a heartwarming story about solidarity with family. WWE lost interest in all of that quickly though, so Shotzi has been stuck in creative purgatory again ever since.

This brief win over Chelsea Green won't change that.

Some on socials seem to have a problem with Green, who is a reigning champion, staring at the lights for someone who isn't. That's not the bitch here. Nah, the complaint is that WWE feeds these women scraps then wonders why fans sit on their hands during matches/segments.

Maybe it'll build towards a Women's Tag Title tilt for Shotzi, but probably not. Defo don't hold your breath for that, and don't be too surprised if the writers just forget any of this happened in favour of a Green and Piper Niven story over on Raw.
