JD are exactly that: A breath of fresh air for SmackDown.

The Bloodline dominated TV for so long, and rightly so, but it's lovely to have a fresh group to focus on for an episode or two of blue brand fare. Each member presented here (Finn Bálor, Damian Priest and Dominik Mysterio) also comes across as one people should give a toss about. Judgment Day is over, son!

Finn and Damian complement one another so well as partners too, and they looked good again during that win over Ridge Holland Butch. One would suggest The Brawling Brutes are less-than without Sheamus, but that's a minor gripe. The pair were definitely a one off speed bump for JD more than anything, in fairness.

Regardless, the tag had a good zip to it. Priest's power game meshes well with Finn's stiff striking, and it was a laugh to see Pete Dunne work some sequences opposite Bálor. Yep, neat package in general - each team had a power man and a smaller workhorse.
