5 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Dynamite (April 3 - Results & Review)

Ups...

5. The One Women's Match Is JUST Passable

Mariah May Thunder Rosa
AEW

Thunder Rosa Vs. Mariah May was a very short match of two halves. In the first half, very little looked good.

The two didn't look remotely in sync, leading to a very awkward sequence in which it was impossible to tell whether Mariah had bumped for a headscissors or made a mess of landing on her feet following a reversal. A spot in which Rosa tried to sandwich May against the LED boards looked weak too. Happily, after the one women's match on Dynamite was yet again gobbled by the commercial break, they resumed by slapping each other incredibly hard in the chest and bumping for bombs and suplexes at frightening angles.

Rosa won, Storm sold abject fear at what awaits her at Dynasty, and this was generally passable.
