2. Skewed Psychology

Minoru Suzuki Homicide Jon Moxley Eddie Kingston

Some viewers may see this as harsh, and this writer does love him some brawling, but the 'Lights Out' match did nothing for yours truly. In fact, it kinda made Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston look weaker than Minoru Suzuki and Lance Archer, which cannot have been the intention.

Those hard nuts needed Homicide to save them.

The ex-TNA tag star (and Kingston's old ROH pal) ran out to cut tape off Mox's wrists and free him so the faces could win. Psychologically, this was all over the place. In wrestling, isn't it more important that the baddies have the numbers advantage? Doesn't Homicide rushing out to make it three-on-two put some sympathy on Suzuki and Archer?

Maybe most don't feel that way, or care about that sort of stuff, but it's important. Also, this was a meandering brawl along the lines of overrated ECW "classics" involving New Jack more than anything else. It wasn't as pulsating as some more recent Moxley fights.
