5 Ups & 4 Downs From Last Night's Impact Wrestling (Jun 14)
1. "The Ultimate Sin"
In the glory days of Impact, angering Father James Mitchell is something that you wouldn't want to do. If you did it nowadays though, it wouldn't be that much of an issue for you. According to Mitchell however, putting your hands on him is "the ultimate sin". This is exactly why he brought in Jessicka Havok to deal with Rosemary.
Now, there's nothing wrong with Havok being brought in - apart from the fact that there's not really enough space for another big name in the Knockouts division. On the other hand though, why did James not get her involved until now? He's made his feelings towards the situation with Rosemary crystal clear over the last few weeks - blaming her for Allie's death, taking Su Yung and The Undead Bridesmaids, etc. - so it surely would've made more sense to bring in his secret weapon.
Who knows what else he'll have up his sleeve? From what we've seen in the past, Father James Mitchell will go down any route to ensure victory for his side, no matter how devious that path may be. He just doesn't utilise those additional options quick enough.
