Why, oh why are Impact putting Glenn Gilbertti on their weekly shows?

More importantly, why did they bring out Kikutaro to face him?

There wasn’t even any sign of Scarlett Bordeaux throughout the whole contest. It was confirmed on commentary that she and Glenn would square off at the upcoming Against All Odds special, with their rivalry already dividing opinions. There’s plenty of other ways Impact can build hype to that match, such as continuing to have Glenn making controversial comments, so we don’t need to see him against Kikutaro. It’s a waste of time.

Perhaps the only enjoyable moment from the match was Kikutaro hitting a fairly decent shining wizard. Obviously he’s been watching his Great Muta tapes, so props to him for that.
