A few fans on socials questioned why John Cena was losing his voice during a promo skit opposite Solo Sikoa. Those folks clearly weren't paying close attention to last week's SmackDown. Thankfully, John Cena was, because he had the smarts to sell Sikoa's spike to the throat as impactful and dangerous.

What a guy.

Few are better than Cena in this kind of setting. He blasted Solo with some harsh truths, but didn't outright bury the guy's potential or claim he's someone 'Super Cena' could 'super squash' in his sleep. Yep, the build for this match has made many excited to see what happens at Crown Jewel, and that's all anyone can really ask for from TV hype.

John's mega-hoarse voice crackled as he went old-school to shut Sikoa down. At once, the legend seemed sure of himself and like he was trying to muster up enough courage to face another spike over in Saudi. Really great work all round from a true master.
