5 Ups & 5 Downs From AEW Dynamite (June 22)

Downs...

5. The Going Home Promo

Bryan Danielson
All Elite Wrestling

What were AEW thinking with this?

Updates from Bryan Danielson regarding Forbidden Door and Blood & Guts was promised in the run-up to Dynamite, and though both were delivered with a Sunday surprise as the bow on top, questions must be asked about why any of this occurred in the first place.

Bryan spoke of speed reading and fast running but didn't offer much more in terms of the hows and whys of his current status. He also said out loud on what he'd like to do to Zack Sabre Jr as if there was any point in selling a match that can't happen now anyway. Naturally, ZSJ was none too happy about the slight and arrived on the scene to fight his corner, but with no physical contact possible between the two, the technical wizard and microphone maestro was sent out there to do and say absolutely nothing.

This was a television segment when it should have been a tweet.
