5 Ups & 5 Downs From AEW Rampage (Oct 14)

4. A Comeback Nobody Asked For

Dark Order 2022
AEW

Right, yours truly has nothing against Stu Grayson at all, but his comeback isn't industry-shattering news. It also means that AEW's Dark Order-inspired pain looks set to continue for at least another while, and that's not great. They've needed to just sod off for a while now.

Again, apologies if that's too much.

The Order might be the worst faction in a major company right now though. Harsh? Perhaps. True? In this fan's opinion, yeah. The group went from being annoyed at Jose The Assistant > 10 making unnecessary stipulation-based bouts > being thrilled that ol' Stu is back.

This kind of thing is always confusing; presumably, Grayson would tell his buddies if he was going to stop by off camera, so it constantly seems like they're just faking excitement for a wrestling crowd. These backstage skits need some work, man.
