5 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE Raw (1 May - Review)

3. Just Screams ‘Midcard’

Shinsuke Nakamura Miz

It doesn’t matter how much the announcers hype up the arrival of Shinsuke Nakamura on Raw, but when your first appearance involves saying the Miz has “tiny balls,” you’re not going to be a main event player.

Nakamura was hyped up as being focused and ready to conquer, but he instead got the fans (and Miz) to chant a Japanese phrase that apparently translated into “the guy with tiny balls.” Because that’s what we do on Miz TV – we say the host’s manhood is small. And then Shinsuke laid Miz out with a Kinshasa.

Now, if this leads to Nak moving on to something bigger and better, then great, we’ll call it a one-week dumb move. But if the King of Strong Style enters a feud with Miz, then we all know he’s just going to be a midcarder doing nothing of note in the immediate future.
