5 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE Raw (7 April - Results & Review)

Ups…

5. Kross’ Influence Continues

One thing that can’t be denied is that Karrion Kross remains an intriguing character.

Monday, Kross approached AJ Styles backstage ahead of the Phenomenal One’s WrestleMania match against Logan Paul. Kross said he wanted to help AJ, because everyone needs the Styles who can’t lose to Paul. He was fairly adamant, yelling, “If you lose, we all lose!”

This prompted Styles to seek out Raw GM Adam Pearce to set up a match between himself and Kross for next week, which Karrion welcomed.

Is the story here that Kross is trying to motivate Styles so he doesn’t lose to the interloper that is Logan? Or is Karrion trying to manipulate AJ by getting under his skin and causing him to stumble at 'Mania?

Either way, it will be interesting to see where this leads. And hair check: Kross wore his hair down and straight, matching AJ’s look and continuing the trend of styling his coif to match whomever he targets.
