Underwhelming from the start of the story to this half-baked conclusion, the prestige of the World Heavyweight Championship (and the fraying need for two titles in 2009) wasn't recovered just because 'The Champ' was reunited with his precious.
The match had one big spot to pop the crowd, but even that underwhelmed - a double Attitude Adjustment from super-strong SuperCena underwhelmed when he pied them one-by-one.
Edge and Big Show's pithy feud over Vickie Guerrero's affections hadn't ever felt earned, and nor had Show's place in this very match. Iconic rivals earlier during their ascensions, even Cena and 'The Rated-R Superstar' were tired tributes to themselves during this turgid triple threat.
