Sure, Money in the Bank often produces matches like these, where future opponents square off in meaningless matches. But when you consider that Ricochet and John Morrison weren’t doing much of anything in singles bouts beforehand, you’ll take what’s given to you.

The two locked up in an athletic bout that went all over the ring, with both men flying around the place. There was an impressive spot where Miz blocked Ricochet from getting to Morrison outside the ring, so Ricochet simply stepped onto the wheelchair and dove off it, hitting a hurricanrana on JoMo.

The (non)finish came when Morrison was sitting on the barricade gloating and Ricochet hit a springboard crossbody that sent both men crashing onto the floor behind. Neither man could beat the count, which was a disappointing finish, but it at least was an entertaining bout that gave some TV time to two talented guys.
