5 Ups & 8 Downs From WWE Raw (Feb 1)

4. Orton’s Magic Aloe

This really could have been mentioned during the Royal Rumble, but can we comment on Randy Orton’s quick-healing skin?

Orton was burned by an Alexa Bliss fireball three weeks ago. The scorching was so bad that Randy was forced to wear a mask two weeks ago to hide his hideous, scarred face. Last week, he looked like he had a really bad sunburn.

And on Sunday at the Rumble, he looked like himself entering the Rumble at #2. On Monday, he was the same old Orton again, no marks, no blemishes. Not bad for a guy claiming to be horribly disfigured a few weeks back.

This really is simple: Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. If you’re not going to have Orton be some scarred or burned guy for multiple weeks and months, then don’t go down that road. It’s a simple as that.
