5 Ups And 2 Downs From WCPW Loaded Episode 6

6. Up - The Savior Is Here

Damien Sandow Adam Blampied
Oli Sandler/WCPW

Next up was Aron Stevens... or so it seemed. Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus" played, but it was Adam Blampied who came out wearing Stevens's robe and towel (as well as the WCPW Championship). He started out by cutting a promo on Rampage, then turned his attention toward Stevens. Needless to say, the crowd didn't respond well - neither did Stevens himself, who came out to confront Blampied.

Stevens came out and dressed down Blampied in a way that was consistently entertaining without making him seem like a bully. Rather than going for threatening, he was clever, and it worked. Blampied came off looking like a goof, while Stevens - who threw an appropriate number of insider-type asides to the audience - was super popular.

Finally, though, Stevens had enough, then kicked Blampied in the crotch. When he collapsed, Stevens set him up for the Cubito Aequet, but WCPW Champion - and Stevens's future opponent - Big Damo saved the BX leader from the assault.
