5 Ups And 2 Downs From WCPW Loaded Episode 7

4. Down - Total Elimination

Last week on Loaded, Grado was victorious against Martin Kirby, but after the match, he was attacked by the Prospect stable. Joseph Conners and Joe Hendry ran in for the save, leading to the six-man elimination tag match on this week's episode.

Prospect got the upper hand early on, using cheating tactics to score a pinfall on Conners. Next was Grado, who also fell victim to the stable's nefarious ways. That just left Hendry, who fought valiantly - so valiantly, in fact, that he won the match, first eliminating Lucas Archer, then Drake, and finally Alex Gracie.

The match was a great way to put Hendry over, but unfortunately, it didn't do that for anybody else. All three members of Prospect being beaten by one man made them look like a bunch of jobbers, and the babyface team didn't come off strong. Grado is Grado - fans like him because he's entertaining, and that's not going to change - but Conners is one of the most underrated talents in WCPW and better usage here could have helped him.

Maybe Hendry will win the WCPW World Heavyweight Title soon and it'll all make sense, but otherwise, he didn't need to be pushed this hard at the expense of everyone else.
