By far the most notable non-wrestling moment on Smackdown was the introduction of Tyler Breeze. The former NXT star didn't look as small as many felt he might on the main roster, and his feud with Dolph Ziggler seems perfectly logical. Explaining his debut, Breeze remarked that Summer Rae reached out to him, due to her ongoing issues with Ziggler. Fan response was very positive to the 'Sultan Of Selfies', who will hopefully be given the same treatment as Kevin Owens. Owens benefited from association during his feud against John Cena upon coming up to the main roster, so officials must be thinking along the same lines for Breeze and Ziggler. For the latter, this rivalry keeps him babyface, actually making him more relevant as a result. There was talk about turning Dolph heel soon, but Tyler Breeze pretty much now occupies the slot Ziggler would have been had he turned rogue. Dolph is someone Breeze will be able to work wonders with inside the ring, so there should be a series of fantastic matches on the horizon. Overall, this was a highly accomplished segment, and even kept The Miz out there in the public eye. What other positives and negatives did you take from WWE Smackdown?
