4. Ziggler ‘Gets His Heat Back’

One of the things we see sometimes in wrestling is a superstar losing a battle, but then “getting his heat back” by extracting immediate revenge.

It’s a tactic that works in certain situations, but when done incorrectly, it leaves you scratching your head.

Case in point, we had Finn Balor win the triple threat match by taking out Drew McIntyre and then pinning Dolph Ziggler. McIntyre re-entered the ring to confront Dolph, seemingly to re-establish himself as the Alpha Male. But Dolph jumped Drew and hit a Zig-Zag on him, leaving to his music.

Why on God’s green Earth did Ziggler need to stand tall and look strong? If any of the three men doesn’t need or benefits the least from that, it’s Dolph, whose character is as stale as week-old bread.
